Crisis Text Line

Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Crisis Text Line trains volunteers to support people in crisis - which Bolster's own Will and Ben are currently doing. With over 54 million messages processed to date, they’re incredibly experienced in helping people from a moment of crisis to a moment of calm. That's why we trust them and their content.

The Mix

The Mix is the UK’s leading support service for young people. They are here to help anyone under the age of 25 take on any challenge they're facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs. Young people can talk to them via online, social or their free, confidential helpline. We like them because they are experts in talking to young people, 1 million of whom come to them each year looking for advice and support, and use a digital first approach, making use of online forums, chat, digital training and content.
